Simple, Transparent Pricing

• We work on a straightforward hourly rate, invoiced weekly.

• You stay in control of your budget as the job progresses — no inflated quotes or hidden costs.

Scope of Work

• We provide carpentry and maintenance services only.

• If other trades are needed:

  • You're welcome to use your own trusted contractors, or

  • We can recommend trades we regularly work with.

• All trades invoice you directly at their own rates for full transparency.

Materials

• You can supply your own materials to avoid markups.

• If needed, we’re happy to:

  • Assist with measuring and ordering materials at our standard hourly rate.

  • However, all material orders and payments remain your responsibility.

You Stay in Control

• You only pay for work that’s done — no guesswork, no unnecessary costs.

• Unforeseen issues are addressed as they arise, with no need for shortcuts or compromises.

2026 Rates

• $95 per hour

• Travel charges apply for jobs more than 30 minutes from Tawonga South

• Emergency call-outs:

  • Min. 1 hour charge between 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Min. 2 hour charge outside of these hours
